Imitation Sapphire Ring Sterling ring is stamped 925 on the band. The ring has imitation sapphires set in a circle to resemble a flower. The ring top measures 3/8" and the size is 4 1/2. The stones may be a low grade sapphire instead of imitation. The condition is very good.
