Brooch is a goldtone metal wings with a shield in the center. The top of the shield is blue enamel set with stars. The bottom of the shield alternates red and white stripes. The brooch measures 1 3/8" x 3/8" and the condition is very good. This is show on page 155 of "Sweetheart Jewelry and Collectibles" by Nick Snider.
