Watch is stamped on the inside of the back "SCEPTER Gold Filled 14 KARAT 5394088". The watch works are marked "25769625 ELGIN NAT'L WATCH CO. U.S.A." The watch has a second hand and the outside fim of the front has engraved flowers. The back has lines and at the bottom center the initials "JMC" in script. The watch case measures 1 7/8" and the watch does work. The condition of the case is very good. There are 3 pictures.
