Letter opener has a goldtone handle and a silvertone blade. The handle on one side says "POWCI MANUFACTURERS INSURANCE COMPANY WATERLOO, IOWA". The blade on this side says "Greetings 1909-10". The handle on the other side shows buildings, a bridge and water. The blade is stamped "CAPITAL $100.000.00 FULLY PAID". The length is 9" and the handle is 3" x 3/4". The condition is good with the handle needing to be polished but I will leave that for the next owner. There are 5 pictures.
