Cameo brooch is set in a 10K gold etched mounting. The cameo is hand carved shell and the woman is Goddess Diana with a half moon on her left shoulder. The carving has great detail in her hair and dress. The brooch measures 1 3/4 X 1 3/8 inches and the actual cameo is 1 3/8 X 1 inch. There is a bale so it can also be worn as a pendant. The condition is very good.
