Hand Carved shell cameo brooch measures 2" x 1 7/8" and the clasp is the old "C" type. The mounting is a loose twist with a stamped design and a leaf at each compass point. The actual cameo measures 1 7/16" x 1 1/8" and the condition is very good. The white areas at the top right and bottom left are variations in the shell and are NOT cracks. |
